New deadline to change French gambling laws is October 29th.
September 18, 2007 12:37 pm gamblingFrance have been ordered to modify its restrictive laws for virtual gambling by The European Court of Justice. Deadline is October 29th.
At now only national gaming and betting providers Française des Jeux and Pari Mutuel Urbain(state monopoly for pool betting) are allowed to advertise their services over the Internet.
With online popluation of 25+ million French market will be one of the largest in Europe.
